章 18: A happy adventure
There was a cut on my leg . It was not too big , but it was bleeding too much . Due to all the running and terrifying moments I didn't notice when I got it . Sir immediately stopped the car and got off . I was spacing out , so it took me by surprise when he suddenly got off the car and....unlocked the back door. His face was frowning , but not from anger but in distress this time . He opened the door and asked me to turn around . I was still trying to get what he was doing when he repeated himself..
~" Turn around . Face this way and hang your leg out of the car....didn't you hear me..? "
I was still too shook to understand what he was saying so i just sat there quietly with a confused face .He sighed and grabbed my knees and turned me towards himself . I grabbed to seat to keep my balance . It was the first time I realised how strong he was . Like seriously , he turned me around like a soft toy..!!
He got down on his knees , gently held my feet and pulled my leg a bit forward to see the wound on my leg .
~" How did you get this ? And why didn't you tell me you were bleeding ? We could have gone to the hospital first ...literally how much more are you gonna irritate me today ?!"
The last line got me a bit . I pulled my leg back and looked away .
~" I'm sorry . I don't know when I got this and I had no idea till you pointed it out . I'm not feeling much pain...so I guess it's fine ...I will take care of this myself.."
Sir sighed and got up . He kept one of his hand besides me on the seat and started moving towards me . His face got really close to mine . I got scared and closed my eyes tightly . I don't know what the hell was I thinking . He simply extended his arm out and took the bottle of water kept besides me and got on his knees again. He started washing my wound . I twitched as it started hurting . He looked at my face and said in an sarcastic tone..
~" Yea ...it ain't hurting ...right miss ananya..??"
I flushed in embarrassment and just looked away . Why the hell does he have to tease me every single time !! Okay I was being careless but that doesn't mean he can just continue irritating me like this..!! I was trying to keep these thoughts inside my head but...he saw it on my face . My face turned red and i was frowning...He saw me...and started laughing...
He quickly cleaned my wound and got up .
~" Okay okay...I'm sorry ...I won't tease you anymore ...but please promise me ...you will be careful from next time...will you please ?"
I smiled and nodded .
~"Okay...that's it then...I don't have any antiseptic or bandaid with me right now ... but I guess this much will do for now...do you have any at your home ?"
I nodded again . Sir chuckled and replied ...
~"Offcourse , why am I even asking , you fall nearly everyday...you must have a collection of that at your house , right ?"
~"Ahhh Sir that's wrong..!! You promised you won't tease me anymore !!!!"
I shouted as my cheeks turned red again . He just giggled , got back to his seat again and turned around .
~"I'm sorry , I guess I'm just starting to enjoy it now...you look too cute when you get angry.."
He laughed and started driving again...I was just sitting on the back seat , hiding my face in embarrassment . I was blushing...I was irritated...I was angry...I was upset...but...the smile on my face...was not going anywhere . I was feeling happy ...more than any other feeling I guess . Sir dropped me at my house and left . I went inside and ran to my room so that grandma and grandpa couldn't see me...and my red face . They'll ask a million questions and right now I'm not in condition to answer any . I sat down on my bed...thinking about what all happened in a single day . Ah what a adventurous day it was...A happy adventure...with a happy ending...
