章 134: Chapter 139 "As my future wife. And a Zel Cantheliz."

Thankfully, I'd be having my first ultrasound the next day with Rhio. Somehow if he's around, I'd be safe from verbal attacks.

I believed Dr. Eriez knew her as a good woman and having been recommended by the executive doctor himself, Dr. Edifuna should have spared herself some modesty and verbal grace. 

The OB was early the next day and she hastily called me to the mansion's built-in laboratory. Rhio has been busy with paperwork so, despite my hope to face the OB with him, I went alone first. He caught up later.

"Wear these scrubs," she told me when I arrived to the lab. 

One nurse accompanied me to the changing room and helped me wear that hospital gown. When we returned, Rhio has already gotten there; his lips spread in a wide smile.

I look like a fatigued middle-aged woman in that attire.

"Everything's ready. Shall we start?" she asked.

Rhio help me lay down my back.
