章 5: The Flames of Life
{Freya POV}
I wake up to to be greeted by a tiny hug.
"Thank god you are all right. I was actually pretty worried right now."-Ren
"Oh, how long was I out?"-Freya
"It's been 3 days in this world. I made time flow faster here compared to the Campione world."-
What!!!
{Ren POV}
"It was probably my soul adjusting to the body you have created for me. I don't know how I can thank you enough for this..."-Freya
"No need to thank me, after all, we are partners, aren't we."-Ren
An uncontrollable stream of tears started flowing. I simply caressed her head so as to console her.
A few hours Later,
"I can feel some sort of power within me but I am unable to control it," said Freya unfluttering a pair flaming gold-scarlet wings. These wings resembled those of a phoenix. [Host, this seems to be the bloodline of Prometheus. Those flames represent the fire of life.]
Ohhhhhhhhh...
"According to the system, you have Prometheus' Bloodline. This flame represents life. This, when mastered, will allow you to use the life and anti-life equations as and when you like" I say while replicating the flames in my hand.
A look of surprise filled her face only to be replaced by a determined look as she said, "I will do my best to be of help to you and master this as soon as I can."
"You don't need to hurry, after all, we have an eternity ahead of us," I say with a smile.
Freya's face turns visibly as she interprets my words and creates her own fantasies. 'Well, I guess I should sync this world's flow of time to that of the Campione world'.
After that was done, I split my self into two parts(95%,5%). The 5% part of me returns to the Campione world as the 95% part of me stayed in the world I created. I'm probably just going to call this world 'Eden'. Over here (Eden), I have been helping her create universes with the life equation and some with the anti-life equation. In the universes I created in the first few years, the life that was created by Freya was pretty basic. This went on until year 5 of our practice where Freya finally created sentient life. From here on she was able to experiment using the life and anti-life equations. She mastered the use of the two equations surprisingly fast. By the latter half of our 11th year, she had pretty much mastered her abilities.
"Well is only one thing left to do," I said as I once again spread my wings. Using my powers, I combine the multiverse we had created to form a single, massive universe, Eden. I remodelled it so as to remove all traces. of the anti-life equation and based this world on the life equation. Turning to Freya, I said, "Freya, this is your final test. If you are able to give this world it's own will, you have basically mastered your powers." I say in a serious tone.
"I. will try my best, Dear." Said an ecstatic Freya. Flames of crimson and gold surrounded Eden as Freya got to work.
This went on for three months as suddenly, a massive life force could be sensed. At this, Frey leapt at me in joy tackling me while giving me a kiss. I reciprocate her kiss. Freya, exhausted from the 3-month long ordeal, falls asleep. I created a comfortable room and bed and lay her down on the bed.
Even though Freya had made the Eden a being with life, it will still be a few years till it develops sentience.
