"Just keep covering your face! I can see ambulance and media approaching!" Isa drove off from the scene as quickly as possible and drove far away, untill she finally halted.
She turned to look at Jacob, who was sitting quietly, looking at the road blankly. "Listen! I do not want to poke my nose in your life but..."
"Then don't!" Jacob retorted back angrily, constantly looking at the road ahead.
"Wow! That is a nice way to say thank you!" Isa clenched her hands in anger.
"Ok! Thank you! That's what you wanted to hear. Right? Thank you for the previous time and thank you for this time. Now, I will get off your car, so that you can go ahead to where ever you were going!" Jacob spoke in an extremely angry and frustrated tone but somehow, it melted away Isa's anger rather than making her furious.
She obviously understood that his anger was not directed towards her but towards his unfair life. "No wait!! Don't go! Just talk to me!"
"I don't have anything to talk! My life has already been thrown open by the media. How my mother died! How my father died! How my child-hood girl friend dumped me! How my company is now a flop-show! I am reminded about all this everyday! You also know about all of this probably. Every where I go, people stare at me with sympathy. Others make fun of me! You also do it, probably!!!" Jacob pointed his finger at her in anger.
"No! I don't. I only know your version. I have seen you giving up on life twice. I just know that you miss your father." Isa smiled and looked at Jacob. Her words stunned Jacob, making him calm down a bit.
