The First Disease Removed

Asuka: 5 years old

Tsuna: 8 years old

Ieyatsu: 13 years old

When Ieyatsu woke up the next day, he had that feeling again, that said he was in danger, but he didn't know from what. But at least it wasn't directed at Tsuna who was in a coma again from having another collapse. Asuka was worrying about his Tsuna nii but act calmly in front of them.

Ieyatsu doubted he would be awake for a couple of days and even after that he wouldn't be well enough or have the energy to do things. And he knew as he looked around the hospital room that he fell asleep in, that no one else would be sleeping in their house. Since Takeshi was in a chair next to the bed and Hayato was sitting back to the wall, and he was sleeping on Tsuna's bed.

All was normal, it seemed, till he saw his arm. Asuka waiting for Tsuna too.

On it was a skull, with a bubble coming from its mouth saying, "It's so embarrassing. I wanted to marry my otouto because I didn't want anyone else maybe to imouto when I was eight." (Ieyatsu wants to marry his own otouto! Ahahahahhahaha! That definitely not going to happen using my author power.)

Asuka: 'I know that I need to aniki later on. My gosh, this means Dr. Shamal is here. Finally, the first disease can be cured.'

It was only for the consideration of the other occupants, that he didn't scream when he saw that. He quickly covered it up and looked for Reborn, knowing instinctively that he knew what was going on. He didn't have to look for long as Reborn slid open a part of the hospital wall, wearing a doctor outfit.

"Reborn, what is going on?" Ieyatsu asked immediately.

"Ciaossu, you have the Skullitis Disease; a disease that is lethal and incurable. Also, my name isn't Reborn, it's Death God."

"Okay," said Ieyatsu looking at Reborn weird before he realized what he said.

"What?! I'm going to die?! I can't! Otouto needs me! I can't possibly leave my otouto alone in this cruel world! How do you cure it?" Ieyatsu asked first freaking out then calming down.

"You can't Dame-Yatsu," said Reborn.

"You know everything wise one and I'm sure you know what to do," Ieyatsu said confidently and playing with the hit man's pride. He should have known better.

"Flattery will get you nowhere, and there is one way but he won't come to cure you, because you're not a girl," Reborn said as he took off his Death God costume.

"You won't let me die, no matter how much you act like you don't care, you do," said Ieyatsu knowing that Reborn liked and cared for him and Tsuna.

"Cheeky brat," Reborn said before he noticed that a skull was appearing on Hiro's cheek.

'It's so embarrassing. I still want to take a bath with my otouto even though my otouto is already old enough to take a bath all by himself'

"Dame-Yatsu I didn't expect you to be such a pervert," Reborn commented after he heard what the skull said.

"Ah, Reborn," Ieyatsu said before he ran to his house so he could cover every inch of skin with some type of cloth.

Reborn and Asuka went to another room.

Reborn: "You seem like you don't care about your brother died."

Asuka: "Not true, Reborn I know this another test of your but finish before Tsuna nii wake up.

Asuka went back and beat Ieyatsu to half death under the name training.

Dr. Shamal didn't treat men, but as he looked at the young Vongola Decimo he couldn't help but want to help him, most of the skull words were about him doing something that wasn't embarrassing for most. But to him it was. All because he did it in front of someone he called Tuna. Also, the kid had a boss aura that would have anyone doing whatever he asked them to do.

But mostly, if Reborn hadn't called in a favor, he wouldn't have been in Japan to look over Ieyatsu and Tsuna. After Dr. Shamal used the Angel disease on Ieyatsu, he decided that if the kid survived to become Decimo he would join Vongola.

But right now he was following everyone to the hospital, to meet the one known as Tuna. He had been asked to cure Tuna since no doctor for the past year has found what was wrong with him. No one knew what to do with him. As Ieyatsu explained things to Hayato, and Dr. Shamal. He learned that Tuna only collapsed under extreme stress.

As everyone (Reborn, Shamal, Asuka, Ieyatsu, Takeshi, Hayato, and Lambo) were walking to the hospital the usual rowdy people, he had come to know, were quiet that day. It wasn't until he saw the body on the hospital bed, that he found out why everyone made a big deal about Tuna. On the bed was a sickly pale boy who looked seven instead of Eight, maybe he even much smaller. It really pains in his heart to see that small fragile body with an oxygen mask, IV attached in his left hand, and a Heart Rate machine by his right side.

He has soft brown hair, eyelashes that looked like a female over what he would bet would be brown eyes, a small mouth that he knew would speak nothing but kindness in a hospital gown.

Even though the boy was unconscious he still gave an aura that he would accept everything and had a mothers touch to it. "Do you know what he has, and if you can cure it?" asked Decimo looking at Shamal with so much hope that he hadn't felt since his brother first fell ill.

"I will try to find out but everyone needs to get out," he instructed already running a checklist through his head.

Everyone was hesitant to leave Tsuna with the perverted doctor, but at Reborn's reassurance that he wouldn't do anything harmful or inappropriate to Tsuna, they left Shamal with Reborn and Asuka. After an hour of running tests, Reborn finally asked Shamal if he knew what Tsuna had.

"Reborn, I don't know. I've never seen anything like this," said Shamal as he finished drawing blood from Tsuna.

"Is it a new disease?"

"It could be but if it is, it isn't contagious as Decimo doesn't have any of these symptoms; weak body, weak immune system, collapse if under stress. All I can do is give him some medication for the symptoms and get him awake in a few hours compared to the one to two weeks he is usually unconscious because of a relapse," Shamal said.

Asuka: "Shamal, you should know there are two diseases mix together which make it impossible to solve trying solving the first disease. You should know the first disease."

Dr.Shamal: "Are you sure? I never saw these two diseases before. Wait don't tell me it's that disease."

Asuka: "Yes. It's that disease the second disease cannot be solved with current technology."

Dr.Shamal: "You should know that there's a side effect for it."

Asuka: "I know."

Reborn: "What do you mean?"

Dr.Shamal: "It's Hell and Heaven Curse. However, why would this disease be here it's doesn't make sense. Why would Tsuna has it?"

Reborn: "Hell and Heaven Curse?"

Dr.Shamal: "No one can solve you, this is the first and last disease that I cannot solve even until now. Why would Tsuna has it?"

Asuka: "You just need to know that Tsuna nii protects his family by himself by getting the two disease."

Reborn: 'This is interesting. Do Iemitsu and Nana know? Most likely no.'

Dr.Shamal: "What do you mean the other disease cannot solve with current technology?"

Asuka: "Only the future has it."

This remark has made both Reborn and Dr. Shamal pondered.

Reborn: 'Why do Asuka knows about the future and can say for sure that the future has it? Asuka definitely would not mess with Mama life. More and more unanswered questions are coming up'

Asuka: 'I bet Reborn is thinking why would I know the future.'

Dr.Shamal: "I only make a prototype it can solve the problem but there is a side effect. Let talk to the patient first and let him make the decision."

Asuka: "Already right."

Dr.Shamal: "Oh yeah, Reborn, do Tsuna take pills?"

"Idiot Iemitsu has given Mama, Sun flame pills," Reborn said before Shamal could talk.

"Mama?" asked Shamal

"It's what the cow calls Tsuna and I started saying it for revenge," Reborn said bluntly.

Asuka: 'So petty'

Silence filled the room after that.

Dr.Shamal: "I have a cure for the first disease but it has a side effect. do you want it?"

Ieyatsu: "Is the side effect would affect Tsuna in any bad way?"

Dr.Shamal: "Maybe that why asking Tsuna first."

Tsuna knows that the side effect would definitely not be bad because Yuki would not harm him.

Tsuna made a decision, "Yes I am fine with it."

Ieyatsu: "Are you sure otouto?"

Tsuna: "Yes."

Ieyatsu: "Fine. Asuka do you want to persuade your Tsuna nii?"

Asuka: "No. I support Tsuna nii every decision."

Shamal: "Fine."

Shamal put up the syringe with the prototype poke on the right arm.

Yuki: 'Congratulation you have removed the first disease for substitution, your body would begin to become healthier and can go to school. However, recommended going to the same school as your aniki and Asuka go to, not the elementary school. The system can get rid of the side effect but you can gain more reward if you accept the side effect.'

Tsuna: 'What do you mean?'

Tsuna already plans to use the first page of wisdom for all knowledge on doctor so she can save all the people he knows.

After he falls asleep, his no her body begins to change her chest begins to grow to C cup, her hair becomes longer, and all the man part transform into woman part adds up. She grew to about 150cm She becomes more beautiful because she becomes a woman. (Tsuna in KHR height is 157cm.)

Ieyatsu: "So Tuna become a girl that the side effect."

Reborn and Asuka don't say anything. Reborn is trying to read Asuka but get nothing. Reborn can feel a sight of emotion confuse but turn into happiness

His speech makes everyone there proud in the first part but it disappears when the second part said.

When Tsuna woke up like usual, she felt after waking from one of her collapses. She would be tired and hurt all over and not be able to do anything for a week, just like this time. After Tsuna's eyes were open everyone in the room kept saying they were so relieved, especially Lambo who didn't let go of Tsuna as he cried into her chest.

"I'm fine Aniki, just a little tired," Tsuna said as she sat up in bed with help from Ieyatsu.

Ieyatsu: "I would call Dr.Shamal right now."

Shamal: "I am Dr.Shamal, would you go out with me, beautiful woman."

Tsuna: 'Shamal is still the same Shamal. So I really become a woman. How should I act now?'

Tsuna smiled and says, "I would like to say it's my pleasure but I (this part she is saying Watashi, not Boku. Boku is for boy and Watashi is for both genders) don't think aniki would accept it.

Ieyatsu is flowing with killing intent. All in the room was stunned by Tsuna's smile.

Ieyatsu: 'My Tuna become more beautiful. I need to keep the wolves away from him no her.'

Ieyatsu: "Shamal check on Tuna condition."

After Shamal check and flirt with Tsuna.

Shamal: "No problem, other than the other disease your body is perfectly fine, right now your body would act like when you normally wake up from the stress but after this, your body would gradually recover up to a normal human physical. "I'm fine Aniki," Tsuna said at the end of Ieyatsu's lecture.

"No, you're not fine; you have no energy, you tire easily, and you are in pain even if you don't show it, don't think you can hide your pain face from me," Ieyatsu said before Tsuna could try to deny anything.

"Fine Aniki, I'll take it easy," Tsuna relented as her brother was about to start on another long lecture.

"Good, but not good enough Tuna. You will follow every instruction I have given you and you will ask for help." With a sigh, noting he lost, Tsuna just nodded to everything else her brother kept repeating to him.

After another couple of hours of lectures from Ieyatsu, comments from Hayato and Takeshi, and Lambo not leaving Tsuna's arms, the same boy from the schoolroom came into the room.

"Are you lost little girl?" asked Tsuna and being the first to see I-pin.

"Tuna, are your eyes okay. The kid is obviously a boy," Ieyatsu said as he looked warily at the kid who attacked him during lunch. Then took out Tsuna's glasses and put it on Tsuna's face.

"What are you talking about Aniki? The kid is a girl," Tsuna said with finality.

"I-pin, girl, and I-pin going become strong with Gege," said the kid who was now known as a girl.

"Gege?" asked Ieyatsu, Takeshi, and Hayato.

"Who is your Gege?" asked Tsuna looking like she knew something the three boys didn't.

"Gege," I-pin said as she pointed at Ieyatsu.

"Oh, that's mean Aniki or Onii-chan in Chinese," Ieyatsu said as he looked like he made a new discovery.

"Jyuudaime is so smart/ makes sense/ oh, Aniki" were all said around the room while Lambo moved to the end of the bed to look closely at I-pin.

"Tail head can bow before the Great Lambo," Lambo yelled and remembering that his Mama didn't want him to call himself Sama.

"Broccoli monster!" I-pin yelled as she hit Lambo where he stood at the end of the bed.

"Ma-Mama," Lambo said with tears in his eyes and snot down his nose.

"Lambo comes here," said Tsuna kindly as she held her hands out to Lambo, who quickly ran into her arms.

"There, there, no need to cry," Tsuna said soothingly as he rocked back and forth.

While I-pin looked on in jealousy as she had never had parents to take care of her when she cried.

But she wasn't jealous for long as the nice brunet included her in the hug and said, "You aren't alone."

She could see why the broccoli monster called this nice boy Mama; she was really warm, made you feel wanted and as she would always accept you. Just like a true sky.

After everyone left expect Asuka. Tsuna locks the space itself so no one can hear them.

Tsuna: "Asuka, what do you want to know?"

Asuka: "Everything."

Tsuna explains everything from the start to why he became a she.

Asuka: "Tsuna nii no nee, what do you use the page of wisdom for?"

Tsuna softly hit Asuka head and said, "Don't mess up on purpose. I use the page of wisdom for being a doctor right now I cure my second disease but I decide not to."

Asuka: "Why Tsuna nee?"

Tsuna: "So I can protect you guys and something cannot be changed or else there is a consequence."

Asuka: "Okay Tsuna nee, how much do you understand from the book of wisdom."

Tsuna: "Almost everything, I just to focus on reading it then I would immediately understand it."

Asuka: "Okay, I would go home now, Tsuna nee."

Tsuna slightly pulls up Asuka cheek and said, "Don't tease nee-san so much. Go home already."
