One of the researchers down here thought they could somehow use the virus against itself... Everything I've read so far says that they couldn't find a cure. The virus continues to change, making it impossible to make a cure.

So one guy, by the name of Sanders, tried to make the virus attack itself... but the logs soon ended. Had it worked? I'm by no means a doctor or a scientist so my knowledge only goes so far. I back up and bump into Jun. "Sorry..." He says and takes a step back.

I look around the lab full of the black goo and frown. It doesn't look like it did... but what if I did what the guy had said... Maybe I can try it? "Hey, I'm gonna be working on this for some time. How do you feel about going and looking for some food with Chip?" I ask Jun.
