Group A match was between the Lava style user Yuna and Aichi of the Hidden Stone, the match lasted for 2 hours and was finally won by Yuna.
Group B match was between Rafuru Uzumaki 'the Swift Assassin of the Leaf' and Ian the boil release user of the Hidden Waterfall
Ian: it is my honor to fight you the one who is even feared by the great nations. In my village our superiors tell us to run no matter if when we see you. But if it is for the sake of my village I will not run I will fight you!
Rafuru: you done talking? Can we start?
Ian: don't mock me, I won the 1st round in 9 minutes!
Proctor: the match has already started I suggest you to not waste any time!
Rafuru: fine then I'll start 'fire style fireball jutsu'!
Ian dodged it using his boil style speed
Ian: I just need to connect one hit and then this will be over!
Rafuru: (he is fast, he dodged my fireball really affectively, I have to pay attention this time it's like he said if he hits me it'll be over.)
Rafuru threw the teleportation kunai at him and teleported to get a perfect hit but Ian punched him instead.
Rafuru: fine by me, let's get serious! Earth style Stone pillars arise.
Rafuru threw the kunai at the pillars.
Ian: don't worry I'll catch you. You can't even throw your kunai properly. Try aiming at me not the pillars that you are trying to use as a defense.
Rafuru: (what a fool! He thinks that I missed my target, I think it's his first time fighting an opponent with the teleportation jutsu, but I can't be too careful. I have to assume that he knows.)
Ian then headed towars Rafuru to get a perfect hit.
Rafuru: here he comes, thunder monkey assassination stage 4 (In this technique Rafuru teleports to a kunai on the pillar, throws the kunai at the enemy and teleports himself, if it's not the enemy's first time fighting a teleportation justu user the enemy thinks that Rafuru will teleport himself to the kunai which is still in mid-air and will attack towards its direction, actually when Rafuru teleports for the second time he teleports to another kunai on a different pillar pretending like he will teleport towards the enemy, he then waits for the enemy to attack, when the enemy attacks he hits nothing but air and when the enemy finishes the attack Rafuru instantly teleports himself towards the kunai which is still in mid-air and is headed towards the enemy and finishes the enemy with a chidori.
If the enemy is fighting a teleportation jutsu user for the first time the enemy will dodge the kunai and the moment the kunai touches the ground Rafuru instantly teleports and finishes the enemy with a chidori. Normally when it's not the enemy's first time fighting a teleportation jutsu user the technique's name is thunder monkey assassination stage 3 and when it's the enemy's first time fighting a teleportation jutsu user the technique's name is thunder monkey assassination stage 1. When he's not sure which one it is he combines both the techniques and does all the 4 things.)
This time the opponent wasn't fighting a teleportation jutsu user for the first time but pretended like he was. When Rafuru threw the kunai at him and when the kunai was just going to hit Ian, he saw Rafuru teleporting so he punched towards the kunai, when he hit nothing but air it was too late and the match was already over.
Rafuru won the B group match, he finished his match in 5 minutes, when the match was over Rafuru took a look at the crowd and saw Sasuke sitting in the audience seats and then Rafuru took a look at the 5 Kage who were astonished by his performance, the Hokage looked towards Rafuru and nodded, Rafuru also let out a smile. Just as he was going to return to the dressing room he saw a familiar figure clapping his hands when Rafuru won the match, he was continuously cheering for him when Rafuru took a closer look, it was none other than his father 'Naruto Uzumaki'. Rafuru looked at him, he smiled and mouthed the words "Thank you." he then returned to the dressing room.
The next match was between Touya of the Sand and Konohamaru of the Leaf, the matched was decided in 45 minutes and the winner was Touya.
The next was between Yamamaru of the Hidden Cloud and Kagami of the Hidden Mist, the match was decided in 7 minutes and the winner was Yamamaru.
Yamamaru had won because of his top speed and his lightning style which were affective against the water style. He still couldn't beat Rafuru's record, Rafuru had no such advantage against his opponent but still finished his match in 5 minutes, Yamamaru gritted his teeth and was feeling really angry.
The third round began-
The first match was between Rafuru and Yuna,
Yuna: so you are the sensational topic that everyone's talking about, care for a date after the match? I think the coffee will taste a little worse after a defeat but I guess you'll manage right?
Rafuru: for a ninja you sure talk too much! I guess you should focus on the match and not on a date with me.
Yuna: you think so? Fine then 'lava style lava monster jutsu'!
Rafuru: flying eagle assassination stage 2!
(in this technique Rafuru threw a kunai at about 45 degrees up in the air in the direction of opponent, when the kunai reached the point where it was right above 3 meters from the opponent's head, Rafuru teleported to the kunai and caught it and threw it right next to the opponent and teleported instantly and finished him with a chidori.)
Yuna was shocked and by the time she could react the match was already over. Rafuru finished the match in 3 minutes and was promoted to the final round. When Yuna woke up she was still in the arena, she was on the ground and was injured, Rafuru was standing right next to her looking at the crowd. He looked at her and said "weakness disgusts me! You can forget the date now, the one I want to go out with is a lot stronger than you!" Rafuru walked away after saying this.
The second match was between Touya of the Sand and Yamamaru of the Cloud, the match was tough and was still decided in 15 minutes. The winner of the match was Yamamaru!
The two finalists were Rafuru and Yamamaru, everyone was looking forward to see the both of them fight each other.
