章 22: 22. Murderous Mayhem Part-3

"What's wrong now?" Bond questioned as he walked into the room. He took off his headphones as he realised the matter was serious.

"Turn around," Spence said placidly. His voice was emotionless.

Bond turned around towards the bed and gasped in horror. His mouth was at a loss of words rather, his brain could not interpret any form of information anymore. Sam's clothes were thrown upon the bed but he was missing from there. Spence rushed over to check whether the bathroom was locked. It wasn't. He broke into the shower to look out for him but there was nothing except an empty glass shower chamber.

"Where... did... he... go?" Spence's panic attack was kicking in.

"Maybe he went outside to take a stroll?" Bond said as he sat on the bed. "Try looking for him outside."

"Dude, are you serious?" Spence walked over and stood in front of Bond. "Do you seriously think a person who could not walk a while ago will get up and go for a stroll?"

"No, but considering the craziness of this place, I would not be surprised even if the moon and the sun switch places with each other. By the way, where is Pin?"

"What kind of nonsense are you blabbering?"He was on the verge of breaking down.

"I asked, where is Pin?" Bond emphasised on his words.

"I don't know." Spence shrugged.

"What are you talking about? You are lying right?" Bond stood up and walked towards Spence. Spence began to take steps backwards, stopping at a wall. Bond rushed towards him and placed his palms on the wall, trapping Spence inside the cage made of flesh and bones.

However, Spence flung a karate chop on Bond's weak arm, causing his muscles to twitch. After which, he grabbed the other hand with ease and threw Bond on the wall. Spence was too good for Bond since the beginning. He was a master of Karate, who had earned a red belt of the tenth Dan. Apart from that, he had won countless accolades nationally and internationally.

'Seems like learning karate has finally paid off.'

There was a smirk of pride on his face.

"What were you saying? Do you seriously think an injured person will go out for a walk? Also, when your friend is not there, you became insane. Think about it. I can't find my friend anywhere." He gritted his teeth and placed his hands on the wall, blocking Bond completely.

"I did not mean to offend you. It is called staying out of the matter when not required."

"I call it ignorance." Spence stared into Bond's eyes. They lacked sincerity.

"Trust me, I have nothing against you or your friend." He stared right into Spence's eyes.

"See, I know you don't have any problem with us but I was expecting at least a small help from you." Spence got closer to his face. He noticed the droplet of sweat dripping from Bond's forehead.

"Wait. At least give me room to breathe." Bond pushed him aside and walked towards the door.

"Where are you going?"

"I am going to search for Pin." Bond rushed out of the room, banging the door behind himself.

Spence walked to the door and opened it making sure no one saw him. He peeked out of the small gap and stared at Bond. The blond hair now straightened after being covered with sweat could make any girl's heart flutter.

"Bond, wait," Spence spoke up.

"What now?" He stopped and turned back to him.

"I have something to tell. Pin and others have gone for the swimming training. They have a competition coming up next week." He said in a low voice.

"Swimming competition? Do they have such normal stuff too?"

"Yeah. It is compulsory."

After hearing Spence's last words, Bond started walking towards the Special Enhancement Center.

"Where are you heading off to now?" Spence came out of the room and rushed over to him.

"Did you not say you need help to find your friend? I think he may have gone to the SEC."

"Oh... That. Yeah, I think he must have gone with others."

"But, the thing is we the door was locked when we left it. Since there is no latch outside the door, it cannot be opened from outside. The only possible way to enter the room was using a master key." Bond put forward his point.

"So does that mean something is wrong?"

"Partially yes, partially no." He walked towards the elevator. "Let's go down and check whether he is there."

"Okay." Spence followed him.

The elevator was made of glass slabs and the school swimming pool below was clearly visible. The white marble tiles looked recently polished and the colourful umbrellas gave it the feel of a luxurious resort. These things, however, were of no concern at that point. All Spence wanted to do was find Sam.

'Where the hell have you gone?'

The elevator reached the ground floor and they both reached the swimming arena. The close-up view was even better than the panoramic view. The training seemed like a pool party. Some people were swimming in leisure while others were chilling by the pool and drinking fresh juices.

Even so, Spence had only one goal in mind- to find Sam.
