Even most of the girls do know that we actually notice their dress (somewhat) only when we see the girl for the first time. Even if they hate the fact.
We don't really change our impression because of change of dress per se.
The exceptions are these horrible obviously expensive dresses (we put it away as 'ugly'+price-tag) and the dresses that aren't here, really (hey, she's naked!).
