Leaned over, Qianru whispered back at her. "Do you forget about the last Kingdom that had harmed the royal blood of Xiao family?" She referred to the downfall of Xinghe Kingdom. "Their royal family had vanished."
Qianru wasn't proud of it, but she needed to say it, so she could give the arrogance princess a big picture of the consequences for whatever ploy and plot that was forming in her mind.
This was her warning.
"My country is not as weak as Xinghe!" Zhao Tianqi shouted and stood up, so she was towering Qianru now.
"I will never say that. Don't misunderstand me." Qianru still with her calm demeanor while staring back at Zhao Tianqi.
Looking how situation suddenly turned into a battlefield, someone clear her throat to reduce the tense when she spoke timidly. "The weather today is so warm, why don't we find another activity outside?" Ji Yunshu suggested.
"Oh, right…" Lin Yiren tried to join the suggestion. "But, what we will do?"
"Recently my father has been teaching me archery, why don't I show some skill to you?" Meng Yi Ran chimed in.
"Great." Li Yunshu exclaimed cheerfully. "How about it Tianqi, Princess Xiao?"
"Brilliant." Zhao Tianqi raised the corner of her lips viciously as she glanced at Qianru. "I want to show you some skill too."
