Edward nodded his head again and gestured his PA to bring the file. And later he handed it to his grandfather.

After some minutes he looked at his grandson. "Edward, don't you think this is too much. Why did you agree to give away ten percent of profits along with usual rate. What are you planning exactly" he asked.
