章 1912: The gender-reveal party (1)

Sarah went to JoAnna in order to check on Vasily's condition.

She hoped that she can bring him out in the garden for the party (how she did with Aiden when he was comatose), but JoAnna objected.

"He is stable, but the wounds still didn't heal, and we should not risk worsening his condition. What if it gets infected?"

"Will he be OK to travel with us to Los Angeles tomorrow?", Sarah asked. She wanted Vasily with them, but not at the risk of endangering his life.

"Yes. The swelling is reducing, and we have all the equipment in the plane for an emergency procedure. He needs to be transferred, and it won't make much difference if we do it now or in a few weeks.", JoAnna assured Sarah that they will take all necessary precautions for the trip.
