章 1: Transmigration
Ruby Blake was the best. She was also really pretty. However, she had multiple talents. Her grandparents forced her to learn multiple skills the moment the young child was given to them. She could speak Mandarin, English, Urdu, Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, Bengali, German, and Portuguese. She knew how to play the piano, violin, cello, flute, drums, and numerous other instruments. She could cook the best meals and her drawings were worthy of Picasso. She could play any sport and win, no matter how bad the odds were. She especially knew how to deal with people. She could figure out people's personality and their most hidden desires with a single glance. One tiny problem, though.

"FOR SOME DAMN REASON, NOBODY EVER SHOWED AN INTEREST IN ME. I'M SINGLE!!! AND THIRTY-ONE!!!" She roared, drunk.
"H-hey, Ruby, maybe you should stop drinking..." David said gently.
Ruby Blake was at a bar, drinking away her sorrows with her best friend.
"I don't wanna..." Her voice slurred, "Tomorrow I'll be thirty-two. And I've never even had a boyfriend." Then she fell asleep.
David sighed. "Come on, idiot, Let's get you home."
"NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She yelled, suddenly waking up. "I am SOOO lonely... I got nobody..." She sang out.
David quickly paid and dragged Ruby home.
"You're so heavy..." He muttered.
"Lemme go to sleeeeeeeeeeep." She slurred, collapsing on the bed.
"That's my bed."
"Sleep... in... guest... room..."
David walked out of his room.
"Sleeping in the guest bedroom of my own home. The things I do for this idiot." He said, shaking his head.
Ruby Blake slowly fell into unconsciousness.

11:30 PM, July 2nd, 20XX
Ruby suddenly sat up. She walked out of the room and walked out of David's home. She had no signs of intoxication on her. She walked outside and went to the cliff behind his home.
For 29 minutes, she stood still in the wind, unfazed.
11:59 PM, July 2nd, 20XX
Ruby fell off the edge of the cliff.
12:00 AM, July 3rd, 20XX
Ruby Blake is dead.
