As Nolan neared closer to the front desk and instantly recoiled as he was hit with a wall of body odor. He plugged his nose as he spoke to one of the pampoose wearing women, "Are these Dr's Wu's offices?  Where are the staff members and nurses? Who is in charge here?"

The woman nodded vaguely in his direction and pointed at a sign in a couple different languages. Nolan squinted up at the sign to make out the little english at the top that answered his question. Nolan tapped the woman's shoulder again as he was not finished. "Is it always this crowded?  Why are so many people here today? It's shocking."

Her English was weak but he understood. "Today is free to see if you need surgery so people come here for update on things that need to be done. I never come here on the other days but why would people come if they have to pay?"
