Axis checking the upgrade requirements and it was indeed an upgrade, because he check the upgrade preview and it was literally shocking first it was just a small school and now it has own stadium and there is star on the upgrade, it will be going to three stars when it's upgrade and the capacity of teachers, security, faculty will be added.
Then this school will be literally amazing when it comes to the battle units, it was really needed of course in terms of security and an army.
He check the capacity and it was said that it will be 70 teachers and also added a new tab, it's called advisors, so within all of the 70 teachers there will be 10 advisors, and also a new tab called a principal. It really going to be a full pledge school if axis decided to upgrade it, but the requirements don't even met and that was school teachings reputation and also school activities.
Axis just decided to not upgrade it for now and decided to place it using the planning. The program suddenly whisper.
"Is it be better that the school will be made first? For the soldiers that in here will be train like proper soldiers?"

Axis checks her characteristics, and found out that she posses some unique personality, (personality) This will be really benefit to the school.
Axis didn't check it any further and just leave it aside for now because all of the 45 teachers there is still so many to check. Axis check his subordination, and found out all of the 45 teachers was there and also bearing his mark. Also on the title tab,

"Yes lord" He leave it aside, and found out that there is some citizen to taking advantage to camp on the first settlement, axis prohibit it and the camp was immediately gone.
*At the cave*
"Twilight did you understand why did appoint you to a difficult position?" Twilight kneel and respond. "I deeply understood your intention, and you future plan for this tribe camp." Axis question him, "Then? What is my intention and what is the future plan?" Axis tested him but he forgot what is the blessing that he bestow, the tactician."
Then I proceed to the future plan, first you will make some suitable defenses and the citizen that living here will receive some educations and need some information for the neighboring country."
Axis just listening, "Then after receiving some information to the neighboring country, you will choose to invade or just scout them for the time being unless they saying that this tribe was part of their borders." Axis was amazed because he didn't knew about it at all but just pretend for that he knew.
"Hm... Very wise but not enough, can you choose some safer route" Twilight thinks and his mark glows because the blessing that he bestow was a tactician, Twilight got it and responds. "Then best for now was base improving so that we can extend our territory? With suitable foods and resources we can rely to ourselves because this forest has so many monsters"
Axis smile because that was he thinking, "Splendid plan, but what next? If the enlargement of territory was done, what's next? "Twilight thinks again, he didn't knew that he think this much, he got another idea and respond. "This abundant forest it's not unlimited, then we need to find some dungeon that can provide us our material, with that we can fool the future merchants that will lead here."
Axis claps because it's well done. "Being a leader supposed to think like that, twilight, you need to think much more than today to make this place suitable for safety." Axis leaves the cave without looking back.
Twilight smile and respond, "I didn't know that my lord was capable to think like that without wasting a sweat, me I use my brain cells to the max for to think complicated like that. I need to be like him sooner"
Axis go to the 2nd settlement and finding the first daughter. He saw the first daughter on the cliff sitting and crying. "Oh? Are you crying because what I said?" The first daughter was shock but capable to respond. "Indeed I was crying because what you said was all true, I feel that my pride was shattered to dust."
Axis smile and respond, "Then are you just giving up because of that?" The first daughter stands and respond. "No! I prove it to you that I most capable to your henchman!" Axis leaves and responds.
"You know, there will be upcoming bridal betrothal that means, you can become a wife for twilight that shares the same position, I think even you can't handle it" With that phrase the first daughter thinks carefully. Axis come through to the cave and get a rest, while casting a new alarm barrier.
*8 Am at the morning*
Axis wakes up and tidy his bed, while he was tidying he heard some loud noises and that was training of the soldier spearman and training of swords with shield, he saw twilight giving instruction for the spear using.
Axis use his EOE to check the status and find out that the capability of holding a spear is on level 5 mastery, that was indeed a good standard for spear handling.
Axis saw Rux that was meditating, he leave Rux some message through telepathy. "Rux gather all of the people of the first settlement I want to give them an announce so proceed immediately."
Rux got the message and cancel the meditation for now, he comes to the first settlement and made some stone gathering for now. The tribesmen are gathering without a sec. Within 6 minutes all of the tribesmen gather up.
Axis calls twilight and announcing that he will be the village chief. "I hereby declare that you will be the village pillar, the village strength and I will call you the village chieftain"
While doing that Axis saw some pop up and saw that twilight gain another title and need some effects. While he was doing the promotion, he let twilight to sit on the throne of the village chieftain. And announce some disturbing that causes all of the women to uproar.
"All of you! Women that want to become the wife of the village chieftain come here all of you!" all of the participants was a warrior lady and elite warriors.
"I see, you want to become a village chieftain as well, not a wife only I sense all of your determination," Axis make some stadium that can changes terrains. The tribesmen was shocked even the participants. "All of you 21 participants, what is the most terrain that you can survive" And all of them answer, "Jungle!"
Axis saw the first daughter of the chieftain also a participants, All of you participants gather around the circle that I created"
All of the gather on the circle and axis makes some preparation using their mana they can link the damage to the totem." With this totem don't afraid to die! I want resolve to die! I want a resolve to lead! I want a strong leader that can replace the village chieftain himself!" the morale got high even the participants don't feel fear.

"I'm afraid to lose!" then axis smile with a heart content. "Then jump to the stadium and survive like a warrior!" all of them jump to the terrain and it's literally warp them up to a different places, and It was really like a battle to the fittest"
