After I remembered my past, I glanced at my clock. 9 am. I grin as I remember Jungwook's morning routine. He wakes up early, 4 am. He doesn't eat breakfast, instead he goes to the office to do whatever he's doing until 8 am. He comes back home and reaches here about 8:30 to annoy the maids and butlers to make breakfast, which arrives around 9 am.
It's time to give Jungwook a good first impression of the new me.
I pick out a sundress with two layers which was white with pink flowered lining. I brushed my exotic golden curls down, which I earned from my mother's side, and smile in the mirror at my appearance, making my almond eyes curve up to look more cat-ish. I slid on some light pink sandals and without a drop of makeup on my face, I walk out of my room to walk towards the dining room.
I knew Jungwook's routine because in my past life I tried to avoid him as much as possible, so I wanted to know where he was at what time. It was quite easy to avoid him, since he was usually in the office or in his room sleeping, or working even more.
I walk through the cold, empty hallways as I whistle a popular tune. There are no maids or butlers lining the walls, probably because they're all in the kitchen or dining room trying to please their master.
I find the entrance of the dining room, which is literally just a door shaped hole in the wall, which doesn't even have a door on it. The hole reveals a large dining room table made from pure jade, and large paintings of the Kim family lined the walls. The only chair that was filled at the large table was the head chair, where a grumpy man sat. His dark curls was covering his eyes as he ate his extravagant breakfast, which consisted of sunny side up eggs, avocado toast, hot jasmine tea, and a little cake which looked suspiciously like my favorite cake, tiramisu.
I entered in proudly, like I haven't been the subject of his vent. I've decided in this life I'll try to be on good terms with this beast, or whatever he is. I definitely know he isn't human. Even if we don't become lovers, friends are good enough with me.
Jungwook doesn't seem like he noticed me, so I continued my walk towards him and I sat next to him, on the chair to his left. Which was closest to the tiramisu cake.
He didn't lift his head, he didn't give a single acknowledgment that I was here.
I wasn't satisfied.
I flicked the arm that separated us. This caused him to shudder. He brought his arm down to glare at me with his emerald eyes, which looked like pure gems.
I almost get lost in his gaze, but I shake my head to get out of the trance and ask him sweetly, "Are you going to eat the tiramisu?"
Jungwook raised an eyebrow, seeming surprised that I didn't tremble in fear or anything of the such. He seemed to wonder where I got this new bravado, but I answered him with a sly smile.
"Is that a yes or no?"
Still not saying a word, he pushes the small plate towards me with an equally small metal fork. I happily took it and chowed down my food. In my past life, I almost starved myself to death. I can literally feel every single rib on my chest, that's how skinny I am. So, of course, I'm planning to gain a few pounds.

What poor Soomi didn't know was when she arrived the already tense room went up a level for the servants. They were even more scared when the young miss entered because this could either make their day easier or way harder. Thankfully, Soomi's happiness and outgoingness surprised their young master and gave them an easy day because of their master's happiness. The whole rest of the day Jungwook seemed to be the happiest man on the planet.
