A bright smile couldn't help but appear on my face as the teleportation formation had lit up; the three of them had been eating away my ears for minutes.

The trio in front of me disappeared, and a second later, the face of elina had appeared in front of me. "It took you long enough; I thought you were staying at the wisdom tower forever." She said while showing me time on her holowatch.

"Nice joke," I said plainly and told my password to the security before I was allowed to go outside. "Has everything had been prepared?" I asked, "Yes, we were only waiting for the great successor," Elina replied with snark.

She seemed more snarky than usual; there is also faint sadness lingering in her eyes. "Has something happened?" I asked softly; I am sure there is something.
