章 1: Where am I going?
"Katie pierce, Katie pierce that's my name." that's what she, the 12 year old girl said to me. Me and Katie met when we were in school, I was a lonely but popular person in my school as I was well known for my prestigious family name. I moved from Australia a week ago and moved to here to London, UK they are said to be posh civilised people and would drink tea and eat scones all day, I would rather have family time with my parents, but I can't. You see my mum and dad died on a private boat during the summer. They went to Thailand there for their 23rd Anniversary, back at home you would call them high school sweethearts but true were only married for their titles.
I was known to be an "accident" well that's what Grandma Crow always says, she was father's mother who was always annoying and there was sweet loving granny A that's my mums mum. I call her granny A short for for grandmum Alexandra she was kind and loving especially towards me, she treated me like her own but since grandpa Joe was no longer with us as he had cancer she suffered trauma and afterwards had a heart attack and passed. I cried for days... months even now evil Grandma Crow was here she took me and my happiness away and sent me to London, UK she said it would man me up and make me a proper gentleman and not a wuss they had to rely on people.
I was sent to the UK by plane... my first ever plane ride I've ever experienced. I was so scared I think would've wet my pants if the lady next to me haven't given me a swirly lollipop to distract me whilst the long journey was ahead the lollipop tasted like peppermint, strawberries and candyfloss mixed in all together, exotic much. When we landed in London the lollipop lady gave me a big smile and waved goodbye as she and I parted away from each other. What was I going to do and where was Grandma Crow going to send me. She said professionals would groom and advise me for 6 years before returning and taking over father's and mother's company. There were men who was wearing navy blue suits that showed me to a car and drove me to a huge site that was hours and hours away, the board showed with large letters and spelled out, St Oliver's Academy for the rich and elites. Is this where I would be staying for 6 years if my life...
