I felt a suction force surround me as I was walking towards my destination. Calling out Emblaze to try and stop, what was happening I watched in pain as we were both slowly were knocked unconscious.
Waking up I felt a couple people close to where I was. Startled awake I grabbed Emblaze from the ground in a hurry only to stop at the sight that surrounded me. "Just what in the world is going on." Emblaze who also woke up from my actions came to and looked around in shock. Surrounding us were floating islands that each had a large door just staying open.
Next to me the other two people got up. Both had clothing that was strange for the Pokemon world. Thinking where it was from I remembered the Naruto anime that happened to be a big thing for others around me back on earth. Now recognizing the young boy I couldn't help but wonder who this strange man was.
Seeing that we both had been observing each other I tried to find out who they were only to have the little boy interrupt me. "Father said your another system holder." Everything clicked then. I was meeting someone outside the Pokeverse, and a likely equal at that point. My only question now was why.
Looking at the child's gaze I knew there was no use denying it so I agreed. "Yeah, I have a Pokemon training system." "Cool I have a Dad to, hes a Summoning system."
Blinking in minor shock that a system actually was able to be a father I shook it off before focusing on the main problem before us. "Have you figured out why we're, well where we are." "Nope," I heard the short, simple, definite answer I kinda didn't want to hear." "I had just been trying to test out my dungeon when I was sucked up."
Nodding in understanding I wondered what to do. That's when I noticed a message from the system in front of me.
"Friend Request: Yuki Uzumaki.
Yes. No."
Clicking yes as I knew even if I didn't like it we were both in danger and there was no reason to turn down a kid, I focused back on my thoughts. That's when I wondered something. Are the doors, ways out of this place. Running and taking care to make sure I didn't fall I finally made it to a door only to watch in frustration as the man cared for the young Uzumaki next to me and ignored helping me with the doors. Obviously the kid was OK, and it was OK to worry about them, but you need to make sure everyone will be safe first. That way no future problems snag you before you know about them.
Putting my hand on the door a list popped up in front of me with only one readable option Squrtile Dungeon. Clicking on it with hatred as I had an idea on what was on the inside I quickly regretted it as I passed out with everyone else around me as well. Coming to we were on an island alone somewhere where no one would ever find me/us.
Breathing in and out slowly I started to get hopeless, dreading the likely fate of having to kill a sentient creature according to dungeon trends in novels when I remembered something. Why was a so worried about hurting other Pokemon when I already had my family and that was the most important part, and worrying on how to return to my world was also unneeded as I didn't need to get back to the Pokemon world. I already had my family with me. Calling everyone out the young boy opened his mouth wide in surprise and wonder at the beautiful sight of my growing family.
"Everyone, I don't know how we got here but I want your opinion on what we should do now that our trip to the gym has been messed up." With what seemed a cry to others I listened to their opinions one by one. Finally finished I agreed that we should explore this island first while some of us should build a shelter out of the trees on the island in case. Taking Emblaze with me as well as Budew we made our way across the island. On that journey we ran across bizarrely angry and evil Squrtile. Watching them try and reach us as the man kept lightly smacking them off trying to be mindful of how I felt towards them we eventually reached a small gulf like entry. In the water a Squrtile a hundred times the size of the others rose.
Looking at the sight I felt nothing but a majestic presence from it. "Trespassers why have you entered and kill... wait no, none of my children have died. Hows that possible. Every human is detestable only wanting to kill our kind. Having done so for an eternity."
Pain, that was the one word I could associate with how it felt now. Holding up my hands in surrender I knew I wanted to help the creature. I spoke trying to convince it "were not here to fight. I frankly have had enough with this blind hatred I've seen shown here whether that be the squirtle here or the humans you speak of. I've had enough of loneliness that can cause." Of course the large Squrtile wouldn't believe such a thing right away. Especially not a cheesy line like that. "Liar, all humans only lie!!!" They try to trick us and kill our young children one at a time hiding their sins. Letting Emblaze walk in front of me I let him talk.
"Lazaro is different. He has barely been with other people for years. Maybe even his whole life, he only stays with his family."
"His family is human, after all they stay with there own kind. Pokemon can't raise a human according to their laws after all."
"Your wrong." With a small smile similar to his owner he finished. "His family includes his Pokemon like me. Not a single human, because none adopted him, he was an orphan, and we would do anything to keep him safe."
Tears fell from all parties at the talk. I cried in joy, and the honor I felt to have such a wonderful family. The young boy cried wanting the same thing even if he couldn't understand the words he could feel the meaning behind them. The man cried watching his master cry. The large Squrtile cried finally finding someone it was willing to trust after all this time, and the charmander cried for it's trainer.
"Host Lazaro, congratulations on capturing a dungeon through words. You have unlocked Pokedungeon function, you have unlocked Pokealliance function."
Walking towards my partner and giving it a hug I watched as all the Squrtiles in the dungeon gathered. Was there a thousand of them? Feeling honored I watched as they bowed towards me in surrender. "We pledge our allegiance to you young trainer call us if you ever need us. We'll be watching to see your path."
"Reminder host, all Pokeallianced Pokemon have a cost of points to summon for help, to get by this you can capture some of them with Pokeballs though."
Picking up a Pokeball I looked at the large Squrtile. "Would you be willing to be caught." With a nod the large Squrtile came closer and put its head downwards towards myself. With a tap of my pokeball to its head it entered, and then it was caught.
Looking back at Yuki we both wondered what to do now. "Any clue on how to get back yet." Nodding no we both started walking the island. While doing so I let Squrtile out to lead the other Squrtile for now.
eventually we came back to our original place finding my family and a new door. Finding it obvious on what we needed to do I grabbed my Pokeballs and recalled all of them except Squrtile. Looking at the boy named Yuki and the man on his side in the eyes I finally felt like just communicating without fear for the situation for once.
"So where did you come from," I asked politely now looking at the man. "I am nothing but my lords summon, where he goes I go, that is where I come from and will always be." Hearing the answer I felt like face palming. 'The guys loyal to his master at least.' "What about you Yuki."
Being called upon the boys face lit up. "Yay, mister is no longer ignoring me. I'm from the Leaf Village and my...." Having a hand put over the boys mouth so he wouldn't give out his own personal information to a complete and total stranger he continued trying to tell me his whole life story.
"Its fine, kid, enough, enough," I couldn't help yelling in the situation. "I got to go now, see you another time, and with that I felt myself once more back in the same place I passed out wondering if that was all nothing but a dream until I looked over my system's menu.
1532 words. Wow.
