I enjoy all the couples in this novel plus the next generations. But man it was a hella roller coster ride of emotions😆🥹😭🤬🥰😱🫨🤕🫣💀😁👍
Don't read this if you don't want to die of anger. At the starting both the ML and the FL set your expectation so high that later when the story progress you will experience the worst character of both the ML and FL especially the FL . Like she doesn't have any kind of self respect or integrity of herself . Like this is the worst female lead among all the novels I have read so far . While reading it I was like how can someone stood so low in life . Everything their was a problem it just solve as soon as the male lead f**k her ...so irritating !!!

It started semi-decent, the FL was witty and the ML was sweet-ish. Then everything went downhill. ML became overbearing, FL turned brainless and they just keep hurting/seducing each other and there’s just so much angst. Oh, and the drugging/raping in the the stories, not just in the main one but the side characters. I’m just trying to complete it and hopefully get to a happy ending? But as of chapter 622, just bad in general.

If you want frustration with ALL the characters, then this story is for you! Beware! You'll be so frustrated you'll probably want to throw your phone because these characters just make you so mad. All of them! While the characters are infuriating, the storyline is not too bad and it makes you want to read further to see if these characters will redeem themselves.

What did I just read? Have you ever had those moments when you tried to keep scrolling the pages in hopes for a redemption of the story? Well I happened to feel it with this one...but then I can no longer endure it...I wasted my time and got lost in the plot..it didn't just have a plot twist...it twisted and turned and hurled me over and over I just wanted it to stop...and I did

OMG!! In terms of heart-wrenching drama and story plot, this one is ONE OF THE BEST! In terms of very much hateful character, this one is DA BEST!!
The sickest novel I've ever read... Literally none of the characters have any redeeming qualities abt them... I do regret wasting my time reading this crap..🤬🤬
Authors should not just abandon their work halfway,this story has been going in circles, the same betrayal and I believe the author should have just finished writing instead of getting our hopes high and just shattering it
don't read the novel..its not going to get finished....i have read so farr......first of all its so messy, and have a lot of leads and their complex story, that no one even ever want to imagine... and at last when every was going to be good, its has stopped uploading chapters.....FRUSTRATING, IRRITATING!!!!!🥶🤯😡😈
No more updates and I was enjoying the story. Please continue the updates. The story is looking good. It is not right to stop updating and make one lose interest in the story
Well, in the first few chapters, it was all great. But then, oh god..., there will be SOO MANY misunderstandings, scheming, and frustrations. FL and ML characters are changing for the worst. FL is so annoyingly dumb, gullible (got schemed against the same person repeatedly) then acting like a cheap woman, and can be quite selfish. The ML is also full of himself, he always thinks his VERY harsh act is reasonable, too 'filial' over his deranged family. His mother and grandfather have harmed the FL MANY times yet he still didn't do anything bout it. Trust me... I've read a lot and there's no 'sweet love' here. Even the stories of the two secondary couples involved are very suffocating to read oh gosh. You can't catch a break at all. None of them can't stay happy together without any issue coming up right after. Like, drugs (there's A LOT of drug use here), rape, blackmail, amnesia (damn I hate this the most), switched at birth (very expected lol). Very disappointing.
Just read up to 100 chapters and so far the story is intriguing. Ocersll is your cliche story where FL has disputed issues with her half sister who is typical white lotus. I am a bit annoyed at FL sometimes at how she can think ML is some bankcrupted guy where all signs show otherwise.
So, here I thought the FL would be strong and independent but she constantly needs saving... like the author tries to portray her as such, but set her up to be conveniently save by the ML every single time. After so many chapters I kinda feel bored. The FL is just a pretty face at this point... With a tantrum of a kid apparently. Kinda disappointed. This is a solid run of the mill average book. Maybe it’s me... this ranked at #38 after all.

There's so much description of characters, starting from their looks to appearance I think is irrelevant and has to stop . Yes for the background am not familiar with chinese cultures but try as much as possible to understand by relating it to korean drama.apart from all these it's lovely
the story of this novel is full of twists, surprises, romance, doting husband, serendipity, true love, fated to love each other, poison.....
