章 2: And the Journey Starts....
Alexa was staying in the company apartment far from her grandparents for these two years. As per the contract, all the band mates are suppose to live in company apartment so that they can get along with each other and can practice without any distraction.
She used to visit her grandparents once in a month along with Yie as he was from the same hometown. They use to get along pretty very well. One could say they are a sweet couple.
(**Our Alexa never felt anything for Yie and takes him as her best buddy. "Can't say about Yie, he is pretty good in hiding his feelings...Lets wait and see if he has any feelings for Alexa in future")
"Ale...Alexaaa, Boss is looking for you", Susan screamed catching her breathe after a long run in the corridor. Susan is one of the band mate and shares the same room with Alexa.
Cool relax! Surprised Alexa passes the water bottle placed on the table to Susan and make her sit on the chair to relax before starting the questionnaire.
Now speak...Is everything OK? Did he said anything? whats it's about? Are you OK now? Catch a breathe first.
"I am not sure, we were practicing on the new music when suddenly he walked in looking for you, I think its something important. You need to rush now to his office, his face was pretty seriously" Susan replied after sipping the water.
Alexa grabbed her jacket lying on the bed, adjusted her shirt and track, combed her hair properly and walks starlight out from the door.
"Hello Boss, you were looking for me"?. Alexa walks in Mr. Xia's cabin without knocking.
"Opsss sorry Boss", Alexa fumbles while searching for an excuse after realizing that she has walked straight into the cabin and have disturbed Boss who was on a call.
Mr. Xia, was in a deep discussion with someone over the call. After seeing Alexa walking in, signals her to grab a seat with his hand while continuing the call.
"All right, give me sometime. Let me check with my people and will get back to you on the same". Mr Xia, hangs up the phone and looks at Alexa with a very seriously look.
"Alexa, you have been working with us for such a long time and have given us maximum hit songs in these two years. We have got an amazing opportunity with an International Singer who is willing to perform with our band in the next concert which is held in New York coming Month."
"Wow that's amazing boss", Alexa screams in excitement without letting Mr. Xia to complete his talk.
"Alright young lady, hold on with your horses. We have a major problem here. He wants someone to meet him in another three days to check how we can go ahead with the schedule and unfortunately no one from the management is available to travel to New York in such a short duration. You know my wife is about to delivery, I have to be there unless I am seeking death. The other higher authorities are working on your concert arrangements and have to still manage with things here.
"Ahhhh...I was thinking". Mr Xia paused for a second to hold his breathe and continued.
"Can you....Will it be....Ahhhh....
