章 15: Chapter 15
Days have passed since the three teens have acquired the first release of their Zanpakutō's.
Today was one of those days that Shen Wang both loves and hates the most.
What day one may ask? Well... shopping day.
Yeah, one may ask, 'what's so bad about that? It's not like you have to carry the bags, you have interspatial rings for that!' (A/N: The story is being told from Shen Wang's point of view.)
Yeah, I have no comment there. But, the problem lies somewhere else. You see, in the years I have lived in this world I have discovered that when it comes to shopping for clothes, women will always be women!
Not that I'm discriminating or something. Heaven's forbid that.
But the hours and hours of waiting and doing nothing sucks the life out of you.
Of course, there is the redeemable feature that I get to see Ziyun and Ning'er in all types of clothes, some that may be a bit revealing, while other shoving their forms (nosebleed)... What?! I'm a fourteen hormonal teen, so you'll have to excuse me for being slightly perverted!
As such five hours pass. When finally, both Xiao Ning'er and Ye Ziyun exit the changing room with satisfied smiles on their faces.
'Finally! Although the view was nice and totally worth it, but, staing in one place for so many hours while doing nothing makes one incredibly stiff!"
Unfortunatly for Shen Wang, things were not over.
Both Xiao Ning'er and Ye Ziyun turn towards Shen Wang with bright smiles and give them a news that will mark him for the rest of the day.
"Now since we are done, it's time to chose some clothes for Shen Wang as well!"
"Um! It wouldn't be fair otherwise!"
Both girls grab him, each by a hand as they begin dragging him throughout the stores, and using him like a dress up doll for the next few hours.
Not too far behind them, you could see three men giving a silent prayer, while tanking the Heavens for giving them wisdom to chose only one woman to spend the rest of their days with, while said womans were waring proud smiles, one that looked similar to that of a teacher that was proud of the achivement's of their students.
Another few days pass, making it a week since the Shen couple were attacked by members of the Sacred family and the dark guild, and quite an amount of information has been extracted from the ones they have captured.
Some information has made the blood of those that were present boil with rage at the atrocities the Sacred family and the Dark Guild have committed till now and are planning on doing in the future.
It was also confirmed that the assassinations on Shen Xiannu, Xiao Meng and Ye Guang were actually planed by the Sacred family.
Previously there were already suspicions, but no concrete proof has found, till now that is.
City Lords Mansion, Ye Zong's office.
Ye Zong was looking towards his wife, and friends (The Shen's and the Xiao couple), with a grave look in his eyes.
"It has been confirmed. The Sacred family has betrayed Glory City. Not only that, but they have been slowly crippling the next generation that would have inherited the future."
Taking out a parchment of paper and distributing it, he begins explaining.
"What I have given you is a list of young men and women that have been systematically disappearing, or have been found dead."
"Unfortunately, the Sacred family has used its influence and have managed to hide this information."
Taking a deep breath, he begins explaining.
"All of them were considered talented in their own aspects. Unfortunately, they have fallen at the hands of the Sacred Family. From what information we have extracted, over seventy percent of them have been dealt with, while the rest have been made into slaves."
A look of disgust adorns the face of everyone present in the room.
"From those thirty percent that were made into slaves, only twenty percent were men, the rest were woman's... those damn lowlifes!"
Silence follows for a few moments, till Shen Tiankong steps forward.
"I believe that everyone here agrees that we must eliminate the cancer known as the Sacred family once and for all!"
Nodding his head in agreement, Ye Zong responds.
"I agree with you brother, but what about the Dark Guild?"
To this question, his wife, Ye Guang answers.
"Husband, the Dark Guild can wait, the Sacred family can not. We must act now, while they are greatly weakened before they realize that we have found out. As for the Dark Guild, you heard what they said, their headquarters isn't in Glory City, and only a few of their members are placed here. As such we can deal with them at a later time."
As she finishes speaking the patriarch of the Winged Dragon family and his wife step forward, making their opinion known.
"City Lord, I and my wife agree with lady Guang and brother Tiankong. We must eliminate the Sacred family as soon as possible."
Looking tough out the room, and seeing that everyone is of the same opinion, Ye Zong declares.
"Then we will do exactly that! We shall strike tonight, under the cover of darkness while they are unprepared!"
Hearing this, the five nod.
But this was not the end.
"Now, we will need to discuss something else."
"That being the implication of our children in this."
"You don't mean to get them implicated into this?!"
Looking toward's his oldest friend, Ye Zong nods.
"But they are too young!" The matriarch of the Winged Dragon family exclaims.
"They may be young, but they need to go through with this!!!"
"Thing for a moment, the moment we will do this, we will be declaring war on the Dark Guild! There will be great bloodshed, you already heard about the ability of this so-called Demon Lord to incite the Demon Beast Horde on Glory City! For this, they will need to be as strong as possible!"
"Look, I get it, you don't want them to see the bloodshed of a massacre, but it is needed if we want them to survive in the future!"
"But..."
"No buts!!" As he releases his pressure.
"It pains me as a father to do this, but I prefer them to be down now, so that they may recover, then seeing them freeze in the battlefield and dies because of this. As such I prefer for them baptized in the blood of traitors than the blood of their comrades! As for strength, all three are at the Black Gold realm, as for combat ability, they are easily in the Legend realm."
His voice slightly shaking, "I know, they are only fourteen, they are still young, but if we love them we must do this..."
A defining silence follows as all six are silent.
