章 6: Chapter 6
A few weeks have passed since Shen Hong has tried to create problems for the three teens.
All three teens have reached the peak of the Golden Realm.
With their cultivation techniques, they originally would have even overtaken their parent's, but the spirit's of their Zanpakutō's have convinced them to forcefully suppress their cultivation while tempering themselves.
And by tempering, they were sparing 'intensively' with their respective spirit's (Had their life beaten out of them).
This action has proven to be quite rewarding. In the first place, it made them have a combat power that easily exceeds those of their peers that were on the same level as them.
Secondly, they have managed to gain perfect control over their soul force, those allowing them to learn Hohō, and Kidō.
As such they have mastered Eishōhaki/Incantation Abandonment - a class of Kidō Incantation where the Kidō practitioner forgoes using a spoken incantation at all. While it decreases the time needed to release the Kidō, it drastically weakens the spell. The most skilled experts are capable of using this technique to amazing effect.
Nijū Eishō/Twofold Incantation - a class of Kidō Incantation where the Kidō practitioner mixes the incantations of two entirely separate Kidō spells together to simultaneously save time and confuse their opponent.
And last but not least, Kōjutsu Eishō/Spoken-After Incantation - a class of Kidō Incantation where the incantation is recited after initiating the spell in order to power it up.
The power of the spells differed on the level in which the one that does them is. For example, if a Black Gold realm cultivator were to use a Kidō at the same time with a Gold realm cultivator, the destruction caused by the Black Gold realm cultivator will be greater, for the simple reason that a Black Gold realm cultivator has more soul force, and thus the result that the spells grow with the one that uses them.
Really now, being able to either slow down or completely immobilize your opponent with only a thought was a great advantage in combat and outside of combat in case of emergency.
Plus the fact that one may create a barrier, for example, Way of Binding #81: Severing Void, or firing an energy blast at point blank like Way of Destruction #88: Flying Dragon Strike, Heaven Shaking Lightning Cannon did wonders in combat.
But if one was to be mentioned that they were utterly grateful for waiting to master soul force, it was the Healing Spiritual Arts. Those allowed them to take even some of the most dreadsome of training and coming out alive...
Currently, Ye Ziyun, Xiao Ning'er, and Shen Wang were walking through one of the gardens of the City Lords Mansion.
Xiao Ning'er moves forward and turns so she can face her childhood friends, Shen Wang and Ye Ziyun.
"So, tonight is the night we find out the name of our Zanpakutō's. Ain't you both excited?"
A bright smile can be seen on her face.
One that's well earned, thinking back on all the hard work that they have done in the past few years.
"Excited? I'm beyond excited! We are finally able to learn the name of our Zanpakutō's after all this time! I can bearly wait to see what we will be able to do!!"
Looking at the two before him, Shen Wang can't help but smile. Thinking back, quite a few things's have changed in the past few years. In the curent timeline, both Xiao Ning'er and Ye Ziyun have both of their parents still alive, while they spend much more time with them then they would have originally. Not to even say anything about the fact that they are still close like sisters, while they are completely free from the claws of the Sacred Family. And in this time Ye Zong did not adopt Ye Han, so that's another riddance of a poisonous snake.
And even he himself, having all the freedom of movement he ever wished for, with loving parents in whose eyes he can see only love and pride towards him was great!
"Wha about you Shen Wang, aren't you excited?"
Looking up, he sees both girls smiling brightly at him.
"A bit."
"What? Only a bit? You must be more excited than that!"
Says Ye Ziyun, as she takes his right hand in her own as she pulls it towards her and brings her face closer to his, as one can practically see the sparkling in her eyes.
Looking at her, Shen Wang can't help but let out a laugh, as he thinks, 'Really now, even now they never change, although it's great to be able to see them smile like this.'
He is brought out of his thoughts when he feels another pull on his left side.
"Ziyun's right! You must be more excited! We waited so long for this!"
Now, as he turns, he sees Xiao Ning'er, with a cute pout on her face.
Taking turns as he looks at both girls, Shen Wang lets out a sight.
"Alright, alright, I'm excited as well, happy now?"
Both girls let out a giggle.
"Yep, although you should have said so from the beginning!"
Laughter can be heard, as the three continue walking through the garden, with smiles on their faces as they continue to hold hands.
