章 62: An Agreement
Alena's Pov
As I was reading down my blood was boiling was high, I was thinking that how could rich people treat other's life as a joke and even take an important decision like marriage is treated like everyday work schedule and not by heart. I looked up from the papers and finally saw his face and thought, "How disgusting is this man? Just to god knows whatever reasons he has behind this, but how could he held one's life to fulfill his own intentions.
He spoke, "Are you done killing me with your eyes then you can sign the paper so that you can meet your mother". After hearing the word 'Mother', I don't know what hit me and I signed the paper although I didn't agree to it, still, I did it.
Damon couldn't believe his eyes that she agreed so easily but took the papers from her and said," Bring your documents tomorrow morning, I will pick you up at 9 sharp."
Alena crashed on the floor the moment he left the place she couldn't still take in what was going on with her life at one moment she was happy with her mother and at other, she became so helpless.
Damon was on the top of the world he was happy now he could solve the mystery behind her mother's condition but again he was still confused that how come, Alena, is related to all these. He called his assistant and told him to do a background check on Alena and his mother.
