The worst scenario would be the demonic world's army teaming up with the exotic beasts to attack humanity's inhabited lands. The results would simply be unthinkable.

A slightly better scenario would be the two parties ignoring one another. However, they would surely attack humanity separately, which would also be terrible news for humanity.

Now that those exotic beasts scattered around the remote lands had actually attacked the demonic creatures on their own, it would alleviate some of the pressure on humanity.
