After having dinner with Dona, Jiang Fei said goodbye to Dona and Harris and went home.

As she had gone home earlier that day, Lina had not started preparing dinner. Therefore, Jiang Fei said to her, “I’ve already eaten outside. You can just make some for yourself.”

“Okay! I got it.”Lina nodded. Then, she took some of the ingredients back to the fridge. Since Jiang Fei did not eat, she simply made some and ate a few mouthfuls.

After dinner, Jiang Fei did not go upstairs immediately. Instead, he sat in the living room and continued to teach Lina a lesson.

“Lina, don’t you feel bored at home all day?”Jiang Fei asked casually.

“It’s Alright,”said Lina. For the entire day, she had been thinking about what Jiang Fei had said in the morning. The more she thought about it, the more she felt that it made sense.

“Do you really hate me?”Jiang Fei asked.

“Why do you say that?”Lina asked back.

“Because without me, your coup might have succeeded,”Jiang Fei said.
