After her assistant changed into her slippers and rushed into the study with the documents in her hands, Lin Jiayi heard the commotion and gestured for her to wait on the sofa beside her. After which, she continued typing furiously on her computer.

Around ten minutes later, Lin Jiayi was done with her work. She looked up at her assistant and asked, "Did you bring the documents?"

The assistant hurriedly stood up and walked over to her before handing the documents over to her. "Do you see this one?"

Lin Jiayi didn't say a word. She opened the folder, took out the documents, and roughly browsed through them. After which, she nodded and said, "That's right. It's this one. Thank you for your hard work."

"It's Alright,"the assistant replied before standing in Lin Jiayi's study, showing no signs of leaving.
