In the end, both Colin and Braiden were right. He did realize that this group of three had the advantage compared to the rest, however, he would not just let them pass the round so easily. The guards who followed them were a special crew of people. They were his trackers. While trailing the group of three, these supervisors would also hunt Jegers. If the group saw and hunted the Jeger first, obviously it would be theirs. But if the trackers managed to notice it first, they would silently kill and take away the Jeger. This way, the amount of Jegers in the vicinity of these three would substantially decrease. After all, these trackers focused their years of training and built their reputation on their ability to find things — whether that something is a person or an animal.
Hey, so the power went out and my internet is glitching. I had to use my phone to finish. If there are some awkward paragraph spacing or misspelled words, I apologize. Autocorrect and I have a love-hate relationship, lol. Just point them out and I'll fix them. The next chapter will be out soon. It's just taking longer because I can only type so fast with the touch screen keyboard. Haha, looks like I ended up releasing on Saturday anyways. I should just stop letting you guys know anything because I suck at keeping deadlines and promises.
Anyways~ I hope you enjoy! Thanks for the support and love, hope you guys keep putting up with me. Big love <3 stay healthy everyone~
