章 49: Bias List?

Jaemin was sitting on the couch with his fellow members in their new dorm, eating pizza and other kinds of junk food that they ordered.
It was their day of celebration.
The records their debut song had in the past, were broken. And with broken, he meant absolutely shattered. The fact that he and his group were popular in advance, especially him, was the main cause of this.
In the past, their EP; Got it? peaked second at the Gaon Album Chart and first on the Billboard's World Album Chat. In Korea itself, it didn't even achieve number one.
This time however, it was something referred to as an all-kill.
An all-kill for a song means that it hit the number one spot in all charts, including the daily, weekly and realtime charts. This was groundbreaking news for GOT7 and JYP Entertainment. This was the first time a rookie boy group had gotten an all-kill.
They literally blasted off again... (A/N: You get the reference right xD)
"We did well everyone, but we will have to practice our routines more to be able to give an even more impressive performance," said Jinyoung while munching on his hamburger
"Haha, and also to lose the fat we gain from meals like this," responded Jaemin jokingly.
The group laughed and started talking about a lot of irrelevant stuff to get to know eachother better.
They were already used to each other, but they didn't know a lot about everyone in the group, hence the heated discussion about a bias in a girl group had started...
"Ah, Jaemin, which girl group is your favorite? Mine is definitely SNSD, Taeyeon is my favorite out of them all," said BamBam.
The whole group chuckled a bit, they all already knew that BamBam was a huge fan of Taeyeon. A typical fanboy, that is what he was.
"I think I like Bla-" Jaemin inmediately paused and thought to himself, 'Shit, Blackpink didn't exist yet either!'
He had to go for his second most favorite girl group then, Red Velvet.
"I think I like Red Velvet the most, at least for now."
Yugyeom tried to get some more information out of him, "And big bro, who is your favorite out of that group? I think you could easily get one of those girls to like you if you tried, you're a player after all."
Jaemin threw some of his lettuce at Yugyeom and raised his voice, "Ya~, you rude brat, who is the player here?!"
But Yugyeom didn't back down, "Everyone, raise your hand if you think Jaemin is a professional at wooing women!"
And in response, everyone, except Jaemin and Mark, raised his hand.
Jaemin was about to get angry again, but decided not to. He sighed, "Mark, you're the only one I can rely on..."
Mark patted his back, "Indeed, I got you."
Jinyoung also decided to turn his back against him and asked, "But Jaemin, who is it huh? I think Joy is the prettiest, she has that innocent yet sexy kind off feeling, you get me?"
BamBam looked suprised, "What? Joy? The prettiest girl in that group is obviously Irene!"
"Seulgi is definitely the prettiest!"
"No, Wendy is!"
"It's Irene idiots!"
The rest of the group all had different opinions, but the majority of them voted for the same person Jaemin would've voted for,
Irene, Bae Joo-hyun.
Jaemin calmed everyone down and stated calmly, "Irene is the prettiest, that's a fact. That doesn't mean she is someone I would like though, so don't force me to choose someone. Besides, isn't it time for some of you to get some experience in seducing?"
They all went quiet.
Jaemin was praising himself in his mind, he was definitely a better bluffer than even a professional gambler. He had never held hands or even hugged a women besides his mom in this life, let alone kissing and dating one.
But because of his looks and attiude, they all didn't believe him when he said that he had never dated before, as all of them had dated at least once.
This was a secret to the public, but not to him.
Moreover, he wasn't a person who easily fell in love with a woman just because she was pretty. In that regard, he was kind off a weird person.
In his past life, he fell in love with a very average-looking woman. She wasn't pretty, nor was she ugly, but her personality and temperament were simply amazing.
If he wanted someone who was pretty, he could just date himself. He was satisfied looking at himself already, he didn't need a woman for that.
It may sound narcissistic, which it probably was, but it was nothing less than the truth. On top of that, Irene was a lot older than him, almost four years to be exact.
Not that age mattered, but still, women genrally tend to fall for older guys.
Jaemin stood up and said coolly, "But everyone, in my opinion,the three most beautiful people in the industry are definitely...."
Everyone looked at him curiously, wondering what people he was talking about.
Jaemin slowly moved his hands until they eventually pointed at himself, he had a cocky expression on his face when he said this exact line,
"Me, myself and I"
The whole group booed, they all thought the same thing, 'This fool....'
Jinyoung sneered and responded, "Eiiii, why don't you go and marry yourself then?"
Jaemin laughed and said, "If I could I would have done so. By the way, speaking about marriage, do you know the program called; "We Got Married?"
Jackson answered excitedly, "Yes! I know it! It's where Taemin from Shinee and Naeun from Apink got married right? Almost every idol wants to be on that show."
Mark raised his hand, "Including me"
Jaemin raised his eyebrows and turned his head back to Mark, "You? On WGM? With who?"
He smiled and said jokingly, "With you of course."
Jaemin looked at him for a bit and burst out into laughter, "Hahaha, I think you would fit better with BamBam though."
"Why do you have to pull me into this? What have I done to you?" asked BamBam, feeling wronged.
The whole group laughed in unison.
As the group messed more and more with each other, the stronger the bond between them got. They went through the night without even sleeping a single second. (A/N: IU fans will get this reference)
They had tons of fun.
