Ririna sat with a bored expression on her face. She didn't know why she agreed to have this meeting earlier. Maybe it would have been better if she had let Jared do it instead. The meeting wasn't as pointless and boring as the funeral yesterday, but she was already eager to finish it sooner so she could go home and play with Skyler.

They were waiting in one of the conference rooms within the Han-Zhou Entertainment building. The decor of the room was classy and yet subtle, the furniture sparse without making the room seem empty but cozy with a modern touch. The dark hardwood floor complimented the black leather seats and the full-length window that could be used to overview the busy city below.

She wondered if she made the right choice not to bring her husband with her. Then, she remembered how Cindy looked at him like prime meat yesterday.
