Natalie muttered under her breath, "I'm going to kill Lydia." She rubbed her face frustrated. This was the last place she wanted to be – the principal's office, dealing with Lydia's latest outburst.
As she watched, Principal Madison made a phone call to the Head teacher, her voice firm but controlled. "Please bring the girls involved in the altercation to my office."
Principal Madison turned her attention back to Natalie. "Miss Natalie, I'm afraid this is the fourth incident of Lydia physically lashing out at a classmate."
Natalie exhaled deeply, rubbing her forehead as a headache began to form. "Who was the victim this time, Principal?"
Principal Madison's expression turned stern. "She fought with a sickly girl. The poor girl has a bruise on her cheek and a busted lip."
Natalie's frustration turned to worry. She had tried to talk to Lydia about her temper, but it seemed like nothing was working.
