Andrew was on his best behaviour by the time that Amir's grandparents arrived. Andrew was a bit curious as to why his grandparents had come first instead of his parents, but Andrew wasn't one to pry.
He knew all about having a complicated relationship with one's parents.
Amir's grandparents were lovely people. They were quite old, with both being men, but his grandmother as he called him was a sweet, older omega dressed in traditional saree in a beautiful, colourful shade of peach he'd never seen before. The detailing on it was exquisite, and he could tell that it had been done by hand. Several colourful bracelets and other accessories in gold that matched his skin tone decorated his body.
His partner, Amir's grandfather, was dressed in a suit. It wasn't black, but instead a soft grey tone to match his partner, and his facial hair was well groomed, and his shoes shone. It was clear that the two of them took great pride in their appearances for the day.
Forgive me if I don't get the outfits quite correct. Doing my best to research, but with signing myself up for another book, and still working another job...some things are lacking.
