also time stop with death magic is pretty op and he lost the skill goal of all life is death as it was the part of his race class he also lost his supertier skills also now he doesn't have all those emotions negative energy and mind resting due to his class he also lost his basic instant death resistance so he also lost all those practicle spells 750 + due to skill dark wisdom normaly it would be 250 or so 😢

I think it would be good for Arthur to meet with the dwarves first and acquire runic weapons and have a sort of trade relationship with them before going to kill the frost dragon lord at their request, this will also have Arthur be officially recognized as a powerful figure by all the nations.
