Keep your kisses and hugs—I don’t need them. You skipped most of my novel and then tore into it with this review.
MC barely cried—he was pissed about being "NTR’d." And while I won’t deny he had weak moments, what did you expect? That he’d just shrug off his best friends lying to him after ten years of a relationship?
His reluctance to use the system stems from relying on someone all his life (Daniel) and wanting to prove himself with his own strength. This was explained in Chapter 16.
As for his betrayal of Marcel, you completely skimmed over the reasoning. It wasn’t some petty grudge—it was survival. That was also explained the moment it happened.
And Daniel? That was covered in Chapter 27. He did it because he knew MC and the girl liked each other and feared being left all alone once they got together.
There is no Japanese mafia anywhere in the novel. The story involves a royal French family, which was established early on and still plays an important role.
As for the novel cutting off before he tells her why—Eunhee already knew. That was confirmed in Chapter 27, where Daniel outright tells her, and she stops him from saying anything more. And yet, she still chose to stay with him. Why? Because after MC was presumed dead, Daniel was all she had. Her parents were awful—she clung to the only person left.
And Daniel struggling with what he did—being conflicted after betraying his best friend of ten years—is that really so strange? Do you truly not see why, in his mind, he can’t believe someone would accept a lie so easily?
And about MC beating his dog when he was five? That was ignorance—a child’s lack of understanding of pain—until his mother taught him otherwise. I’m sorry you felt that way. I do. But I can’t help that.
If you’re going to criticize my novel, do it right. Don’t twist things. Don’t omit facts.
sorry I don't reply a lot, busy with other stuff in my life as well as uploading in other websites. thank you for your interest and for reading! imma upload a chapter as soon as I can!
Yuuto Sakurai, the ANTI-NTR MAN, has been transmigrated into the body of a pathetic, background character who’s supposed to be the main protagonist in an NTR story. He’s excited—his mission is clear: baseball the NTR antagonist’s ass.
But this time, his opponent is craftier than expected; maybe requiring more than just the usual brute force...
Jiho, a flimsy and unremarkable 17-year-old, is betrayed by his closest friends, Eunhee and Daniel, who had been in a secret relationship. He only discovers the truth after confessing his feelings to Eunhee. Heartbroken and humiliated when Daniel mocks him in front of the entire class, Jiho runs away from the school.
But before he can process the betrayal, a zombie outbreak erupts. In the chaos, Jiho is bitten. Just as he thinks death is inevitable, something unexpected happens...
Van and his friend Magus had reincarnated in another world with magic. Tasked to kill the demon lord, they set forth.
Van was granted very rough skills that made life for him in that world a living hell, yet he muscled through.
Magus however, was bestowed with unfair skills. Due to some of said skills, he gained a harem, which in time, included the girlfriend Van made in the world.
After beating the Demon Lord, and after finding out his girlfriend had been stolen from him, he got very upset and so he went to propose to... The Demon Lord...!?
High-schooler Yuuto Sakurai is not your typical teen. He prides himself on his peculiar mission - to protect the love lives of those threatened by encroaching third parties. When charisma and physical prowess attempt to steal away your beloved, Sakurai leaps into action. For just 10,000 yen, he'll ensure your love story remains untainted. Armed with conviction and a no-discrimination policy, he is the Anti-NTR Man - a one-man crusade against romantic usurpation.
The year is 2030. It’s been 1,500 years since the events of Berserk.
Griffith’s in charge now—he’s got the whole world under his boot; as he runs the World Government with his loyal group B.O.T.H Inc. (Band of the Hawk Incorporated) running things his way.
But this isn’t his story.
It’s Guts’.
Guts was cursed with immortality by the Idea of Good before it was crushed by Femto and the Idea of Evil after a grueling battle. He’s been forced to watch everything and everyone he cared about slip away from old age or disease; with the exception of Puck and Ivalera.
An eternal struggler. For 1,500 years, he’s kept up the fight. The pain’s still raw, and his vengeance burns just as fierce. No matter how many years pass, Guts won’t stop. He’s locked into a brutal war against fate, determined to bring Griffith down, even if it takes all of eternity.
Yuuto Sakurai, the Anti-NTR Man, was transmigrated into the body of the 16 year-old Hiroki Morii, an NTR Protagonist. To most, it would be the most terrible nightmare come true...
But Yuuto always dreamed about swatting an ugly bastard in another world...
Julian, the charismatic hero who blessed us with his presence as his soul traversed from another world, ain't what he seems. We were close 'til he and his heroic posse threw me to the abyss, blamin' me for something I never did. I swore vengeance and made a pact with a Demon. Armed and burning for retribution, I navigate through blood and magic, shattered bonds, and survival in shadows darker than midnight. No hero, just a soul teetering on the edge. When the dust settles, who wins? Me or the abyss?
[DING! REGRESSION UNLOCKED! YOUR UNSIGHTLY PAST BECKONS MENDING! YOUR YOUTHFUL HEART, YET MATURED MIND QUALIFIES YOU FOR REGRESSION!]
'H-huh!? What is this... Is this what those kids call... VR?' She thought as she tried pressing it, her hand clipping right through the hologram-like interface.
[WOULD YOU LIKE TO REGRESS BACK TO YOUR PRIME YEARS, AND ATTEMPT TO SAVE YOUR FIRST LOVE FROM RUIN?]
[YES] [NO]
Without thinking too much, and a heart stricken with guilt and regret, she said.
"Yes."
Nanami, once a vision of beauty, now wears the weight of years—her skin etched with wrinkles, her voice a raspy echo. Shinagawa, once enamored by her, abandons her as time takes its toll. He seeks solace in another woman, leaving Nanami alone. Their son, grown and distant, no longer graces her doorstep.
In solitude, Nanami’s thoughts drift to Shuuichi, her past love. He, too, has moved on, wed to a woman who cherishes him. Unexpectedly, Nanami crosses paths with Shuuichi. To her surprise, he loves his wife despite her aging visage. Regret floods Nanami’s heart. She realizes her betrayal—the infidelity that drove Shuuichi away. Guilt gnaws at her, for she strayed far more than he ever did. Then, she sees a game-like prompt [Would you like to go back?]
Without thinking much, she agreed.
[TAKE A ShiT TO UNLOCK A NEW REWARD!] A gaudy voice declared outta nowhere.
"What is this now?" This digital thing appeared in front of my eyes as I was eating nachos, watching Breaking of the Beds. My favorite porn movie, just as this Walter dude told this Jesse chick they need to sell their bodies for money.
[Take. A ShIT. TO UNLOCK. A NEW REWARD!] The message echoed again, its digital voice tinged with what sounded suspiciously like impatience.
"...Is this a prank?" I asked myself out loud like a fucking idiot. As if the answer wasn't obvious enough.
"Oh, right. Nobody cares enough about me to make a prank like this." I realized.
"So, I've finally gone insane. Oh well, I live alone so I don't gotta really worry about anyone but myself..."
Let me introduce myself. I'm Micheal Micheals, the epitome of a loser. My parents couldn't even be bothered to think of a unique name for me. If I were in a room with four people and a grenade was thrown in, not only would no one dive on it to save me, but they'd probably shove me towards it instead. The only person who wouldn't is, well, me. But given the spectacular failure that is my life, I'm starting to question even that.
All my life, I've been the textbook definition of a loser. Friends? They ran for the hills the second they met me. Teachers? Wrote me off from day one. Bosses? Probably daydream about firing me out of a cannon. A girlfriend? That's a good one. My first crush? She stomped on my heart like it was part of her morning workout routine. My parents? They threw in the towel and disowned me. Even my bully had a breakdown the first time he saw me, sobbing that I was too hideous to gaze upon as he pummeled me. I mean, I don't think I'm the Elephant Man or anything, but I guess being Micheal Micheals comes with its own set of cursed rules. Victory? Not even in my dreams. They all morph into nightmares, and every night is a special screening of 'Micheal's Greatest Fears' with a side of sleep paralysis.
Life for me has been like constantly rolling a 1 on luck or something. A living, breathing failure, just using up oxygen until I expire. The universe seems to have it out for me. I once thought about ending it all just to give the world a break, but even that seemed like too much effort.
