Honestly, this is a dream come true for both Vice and the Throne since more than half of the total pentagrams owned by Vice are of the highest currently known magical quality. As expected of our Don!
Along with this transformation, a fifth violet pentagram of that magical form, the ninth pentagram of that color of Vicente's now 16 pentagrams, showed itself as he finally reached his full magical capacity for his mana cultivation!
