I just realized this technique is perfect for him because he will always adapt even though it might take some time. Its also the perfect training method for him because by constantly pushing himself to his limit with kaioken he will strain his body which will in turn force him to adapt. And the next time he does this he should be able to handle the strain better and can therefore go beyond his limits which in turn will again force him to adapt and you get it. Its literally the perfect technique and training method for him. Good job author for choosing this technique. It was really a great choice.
Why hadn't the Kaio-Ken become more common among fighters in the canon? The answer was obvious. Like the Eight Gates, Kaio-ken's power does not come cheap. After a certain point, the technique turned into a double-edged sword, demanding an impossibly high level of physical excellence. As powerful as the technique was, there was a finite limit to how much strain a fighter's body could endure, which created a ceiling that most simply couldn't break through without suffering severe consequences.

To be honest it’s a great novel I’m just tired of reading dxd. It’s just not my type and the only bad thing is that its kind of similar to your old dxd fic. Just one question though are you ever going to go back to your dark souls fanfic or create like a Elden ring fic with not the sole reason to smash every single heroine cause to be honest I’m tired of reading this shit (I know that’s not the whole plot but you get my point). We all know eventually he’s going to smash them all. It’s all harem this harem that like dude I started reading your darksouls fic and then you just switched and started doing dxd harem and every single degenerates wet dream. I know that some people are going to be like he’s moved on and yada yada but think off your old fans. We miss the old you who wrote darksouls. Who wrote in my opinion the one of the greatest fanfics of all time. But then you switched up.
