As he had accepted the task while lady White had allowed him to deny it due to the inherent risk, he had already cut off any chance at redemption due to failure. He had to accomplish it at all costs to prove his previous thoughts of passing all of lady White's tests. He was planning on excelling this task by not only discovering the method to resist the horde but possibly also controlling it, as excessively difficult as that was. The sweet taste of success came after a tough climb.

late comment but it mainly how her eyes looks like (The original usually closes them because they cause fear just by being look at it and also of course because how the eye looks)
"It's ok child. Everything will be fine now." I also used healing magic to cure her wounds. For an unknown reason, since I spoke Albedo and Demiurge were glaring at this girl. I reversed the effects of evil eye of panic to calm her down before closing my eyes again. I would not want my work to go to waste after all.

The girl heard a voice behind her which she did not understand and turned around to witness three beings who were clearly not human. A woman with a weapon clad in some sort of mysterious clothing with horns coming out of her head and a monster who turned more human looking wearing weird red coloured clothes as well as a tail at the back. These two monsters were surrounding and protecting someone who could only be described as 'white.' There was nothing else that came to mind upon looking at that being.

Unbeknownst to me, such an action caused deep shock to Aura and Sophia. Both of the floors guardians were thinking that the last supreme beings was making plans for her departure as well, possibly due to the unknown illness. Although they were shaken, neither of them said anything due to the prior discussion during their meeting. That did not mean that they would not spread the news of the death of the supreme beings as well as the plan of the spider goddess to depart as well to the other NPC's. This was a matter of utmost importance and all of Nazarick had to do its best to ensure that the last supreme being stays.

A noise broke her out of her thoughts. She looked up and saw a huge, glowing blue mass slowly crawling across the floor towards one of the chairs. It looked like a great feat of strength as the creature slid up the chair and collapsed with a lazy splash on the side of her table. A slime—it was a slime. What did that mean? Was a slime, one of the weakest mosters, really a member of this organization?
