Instant nerf on fucking Excalibur umbra, a masterrank 10 warframe but in the storry he is just a armor so no real warframe reflexes, reaction speed, weapon knowledge or fighting knowledge and no regenerating Shield. Fishing for viewers with the concept but nerfing everything away that would be cool. Just bad
