Speed was one of the most inconsistent things in DxD, so I would recommend not trusting it blindly. The whole DxD power scale was inconsistent and speed uh well yeah no.

ye but I could come up with the argument that it isn't 'Naruto Chakra' but Chakra from DxD which was impure and dirty which caused him to 'refine' it. But yeah I'll be removing the hand signs soon.
