I really don't think this world destruction thing is bad for the story, even if it's not a relevant part of the plot or maybe it won't even happen, it creates anxiety in the MC and motivates him to not take a back seat in the world of ATLA, I really hope he gets over his fear of world destruction and grows as a person and in character, as for the romance, I usually prefer it when the MC has two girlfriends, but that's my personal preference, above all it becomes tiring to manage the relationships and it feels more like a job than a partnership, and when there's only one girlfriend I feel like the relationship becomes overly cheesy for an adventure fanfic.

Definitely one of the best first chapters I've ever read, it wasn't long nor too short, the MC seems to have a good amount of common sense and made me interested in reading more chapters, thanks for the chapter.

I'm looking forward to the next chapters, when I saw the title I thought it would be like the other fanfic, but the premise is better than I imagined.
