It's an effect of living in such an advanced society and while it doesn't compare to the strength of a grade especially the Garde who inherited the power of the elders like John and the loric who escaped Lorien and Uncle Simon became a testament to how strong a Loric was even if they weren't grade.

yeah I changed it so he starts so at level 40 the levels are supposed to accurately depict his overall threat level and though he is charming and has intelligence stats are high and he has the potential to be a great threat and that's why initially though 100 would be a good starting level but thinking back on it when he first awakens he might be able to talk his way out of bad situations but since he just got the memories he wouldn't be able to use his new found intelligence well so I think level 40 would be a good and after two months he gets a big boost because he learns how to use intelligence better trains in basic martial arts and sword play with the increased strength and speed he should be able to take all but the best regular well trained humans 50/50 on even being able to take out Mike and ike

I mean hes supposed to feel older at first the knowledge of books movies and shows as well as enhanced intelligence even without the actual expierences the thought and emotions tied to when he first experienced those things in his last life would over shadow his thoughts and emotions as a six year which is also why he is so pragmatic at first hes basically a 20 year old in a six year olds body but the longer things go on the more he regulates to his age even though he doesnt loose intelligence he beomes less pragmatic and more immature but because of this the first few chapters need to stay mostly the same he needs to meet Rachel dare to figure out about one of the other books is Pjo he needs to get to Janus before he gets captured so he has the ufo and so that he has proof so that the other loric trust him right now I'm just trying to change the perspective from first person to third person and make it a bit less confusing
