Yes, I know what Hispanic means. I’m Hispanic with european descent. My great grandfather was spanish which still makes me full hispanic according to the technicalities. But when someone says they’re hispanic, they don’t mean Spain, they mean Mexican, Salvadorean, Puerto Rican, Dominican, and many other countries that are on the eastern hemisphere.
