Young Madara during the Senju and Uchiha war time was capable of destroying trees and boulders with physical strength alone.. and pretty sure he had missions where he wiped small groups of Senju. With Chakra (Which I know he does not have) collapsing a cave or a hillside would have been possible. His body is physically alone durable enough to handle destroying large objects.
