I agree, Soren was part of the first event. However, I believe it was the Southern man as well that marked and mated with her. Theo only brought her back and didn't do anything.
I'd already said too much to Theo. Now, I was just being cautious. This was not the first time I ditched this man. But I can sense this is not what he speaks of.

I don't know how I feel. Reading through the comments, I agree, it's completely contradicting to what he has portrayed. However, in saying that, it was made clear that his Beta knows the truth. So it makes me wonder if he is saying all this out loud because he wants someone to hear him and think that this is his actual view of her? I don't know, maybe this is all just a plot twist and true colours are coming out. Though, I doubt it. There is more that meets the eye with this.
The whole book at once would be fantastic. However, beggars can't be choosers 😔 Ideally posting at least 2 chapters at once would be preferable (though does not have to be daily). Personally, I'll wait until there is between 2-4 chapters before coming back to read. Only reading 1 chapter at a time is too much of a tease.

I haven't made up my mind on whether Xander is one of the good guys, or not. It would be easy to assume he's a bad guy, however has helped her without anything in return. Though, I feel the orb is collecting powers or something. There is definitely more to that orb then we know just yet.
