I have read a lot of story's where the gap in the storyline will be filled from the authors with the typical clichés. Since a long time, this was a first for me to read a whole new plot and I have enjoyed it very much. New plot, new storyline, great artwork. What do you need more? Unfortunately, the story is marked as completed and I couldn't find any information, when or if it will continue 😢.
Was there even a time, where the slime was weaker than Kazu and Co. Wasn't the slime since his contract with Noah one lvl higher or at least for a short period of time at the same rank like the others?

The restriction that they would face would only be the fact that they couldn't move against Paragons and those below them, but this was such a minor thing that Chronos and Ambrose knew would not be an issue! Even if multiple Paragons rose to try and disrupt the absorption of Universal Essence by the Slaughter Star Monoliths, all that the Hegemony standing guard had to do was enact a barrier around the construct that no Paragon or lower ranked being could break through!

He might be able to compress and expand the Cosmos to a few light years or even possible millions of miles, where he would need to have his body grow larger than Galaxies for his dream of holding a Cosmos within his hands could be accomplished.
