Late reply but here it is. Alliance, races and nations are being explored one by one in the several arcs and are providing a big world structure. As for guilds, they will be properly mentioned and introduced in Arc 6 'The Villain Arc', and as for the origin of the divine spirits, that would be Arc 7 'The Spirit Realm Arc'.
