I am looking mainly for ideas focusing on a potential love interest, characters to have the mc interact with often, and also ideas on where to take the story from here. I planned originally to have the story take a dark turn later on, but I do not know if that idea would sit well with the reader. I also planned on having his special 'Golden Finger', if you will, being based on the powers and abilities on Artorias of The Abyss, a really interesting character from the Dark Souls game. His powers would include a superhuman physique, abyssal magic manipulation, sword mastery, and yes, his immortality which I planned to tie in to the dark theme. Please do let me know!

welp with his immortality,I think having a mortal love interest would be a problem,I can kinda see the thing where he would avoid relationship with mortals to avoid any emotional scars, let's take ais for example, that she falls in love with him, I would see him avoiding her or hell making her hate him if things come to worst, all this to end that love that could perhaps only bring scares to his heart. as for the love interest,this may sound cliches but I suggest freya, the fanfiction elementalist in the dungeon really brings her raw potential as a love interest, the length she goes through,her inner valkyrie coming out,her bloodlust as the goddess of war showing up, I always think of freya as someone if necessary can defend herself, after all she is the goddess of valkyries death and war, I wouldn't be surprised if she had the power of a high level 2 or heck 3, the only reason she doesn't show it if because well ottar and the other protect her and of course she has an image to hold, anyway am getting of track, as I was saying I see Freya as a good love interest, with the potential that she has, and all the drama and darkness she could bring to the story with her obsession. so my vote goes for freya
