‘Mana lasts one minute’ implies that it could expire - I wonder if mana is like milk and it clumps up - ans, ‘one mana can be recovered per minute’ implies either the mana unexpires or that you got mana. This combined probably means that you have no source of mana once you waste your stock as it cannot put any new magic in the tank as it expires as soon as you get unless the mana expire timer starts individually per manaicle upon receiving it instead of the timers starting and ending in sync, however that would mean once he waste his stock he will only have one mana point left. To;dr author may need to rethink this one.
