I believe the author mentioned this once. It would be because he created such a big and vast world for the sheer enjoyment of it that he kind of got lost.
This story has been really boring lately
Author, I find it a bit strange that he can create a drug that quickly makes someone immortal, but he can't fix his serum in more than 3 years. he should have made at least good progress on that.
The story is interesting, but as time goes by it becomes full of inconsistencies, repeated chapters, sometimes it seems like a part of the story was skipped. The protagonist also practices some questionable behaviors considering his personality. Finally, the backstory seems to be very thrown in, sometimes appearing without any context.

Author, I have found so far a fantastic idea. There was only one point that bothered me a little: the fact that there was no test for the healing factor and that the mutation occurred in a few months. If possible, so that your story is more reliable, I advise you to change it. Ex: after 2 years of tests, without discovering anything wrong, it was distributed to the population, but the mutation started to occur after 3 years of global distribution. Or something like that, I'm not a writer, but a well-researched and truthful story always tastes different. Well, even if you don't change I thought your story idea was very good, even more so because I didn't see any signs of a system, which only makes it seem like a lazy story.
