Ok darkness devil does not belong in this tier and neither does Percy, for opposite reasons. Percy is a bit weak to be classified an nuclear level and the darkness devil if it’s the one from chainsaw man is probably a bit too strong for nuclear level classification. The gun devil which was strong af when compared to the darkness devil would hardly even put up a fight. Darkness devil doesn’t really have any feats aside from halfheartedly attacking the main cast but if he was going all out he would probably be much more destructive than damage contained to a large city in area, which is what nuclear level is
